Case study · Inside Unkillable · Operations
A complete learning platform was built and put in production in two days.
Our training needed its own home: lessons, progress, an admin view of who is stuck where, and a questionnaire that sets up each participant's own system. The plan was approved on a Saturday. The platform was in production on the Sunday.

Off-the-shelf platforms did not fit how we teach.
Our training is not a set of videos. Participants build their own system as they go, and we need to see who is stuck, on which lesson, to help them in time.
Generic course platforms did not let us do that, and every change depended on a vendor's roadmap.
A platform written with Claude, reviewed by humans.
We wrote the plan as a document, cut it into small steps, and built each step with Claude Code, with a human review before every merge. The lesson content comes straight from the company brain, so updating a lesson is editing a file.
A questionnaire run by Claude helps each participant set up their own second brain from their first day.
Plan
The platform was written down first: pages, roles, data, and what not to build yet.
Build
Each step was built with Claude Code and reviewed by a person before it was merged.
Fill
Lessons are pulled from the company brain, in French and English.
Steer
An admin view shows the funnel: who started, who is stuck, on which lesson.
Before and after.
Before How it worked
- A course platform we could not change
- No view of who was stuck, or where
- Content duplicated between tools
- Every improvement waited for a vendor
After How it works now
- Our own platform, changed in hours
- An admin funnel by lesson and participant
- Lessons edited once, in the company brain
- A Claude questionnaire that sets up each participant's system
Building our own tool became faster than configuring someone else's.
The business impact.
- 2 daysto build the platform and put it in production
- 86lessons online, with an English version
- 16code changes merged, each one reviewed by a person
- 1source for the content: the company brain
