Each training session needs a quote, a funding request, a contract, attendance sheets signed for each session, a certificate and an invoice. For every session, for every client.
With one assistant, the administration ate the time that should have gone to selling and teaching. And funding files, which can take weeks, were followed in a spreadsheet.
