Case study · Client · Retail pharmacy
Three pharmacies are now run from one screen, with every opening and closing traced.
A network of three neighbourhood pharmacies runs on critical routines: opening, quality checks, closing. They lived on paper and in people's heads. We built a team tool that turns them into a shared system, with tasks, checklists and sales challenges, steered from one screen.

Critical routines, on paper.
Opening, checks and closing are procedures, not intentions. But on sheets pinned to the wall, nothing is traced: who closed last night, and did they finish? The owner was steering three sites blind.
The counter is not an office either. Computers are shared, staff switch between two customers, and sales challenge scores sat in the pharmacy software, copied by hand when they were copied at all.
A team tool designed for the counter.
One application, with a view per role. Each team member sees only their tasks, checklists and challenges for the day, and ticks them as they go: name and time are recorded. Managers assign tasks; the owner sees every pharmacy and switches between them in one click.
Login is built for shared computers: a PIN code to switch user in seconds, and automatic logout. Sales scores flow in from the pharmacy software on their own.
Routines
Opening, checks and closing become checklists that reset on their own.
Tasks
Managers assign dated tasks, linked to the right procedure.
Challenges
Sales scores arrive automatically; each person sees their own rank.
Steer
The owner sees all three pharmacies, late tasks and activity, on one screen.
