Case study · Inside Unkillable · Management
Daily, weekly and monthly reports now write themselves, and the team starts every day informed.
A small team talks in Slack, on calls and in voice notes. Every weekday at 4 am, a digest reads all of it and posts what matters, with everyone's actions. On Fridays, the sales report. On the 5th of the month, the finance review. Nobody writes them.

Counted on 7 October 2026.
Staying informed was a job in itself.
Three founders, dozens of Slack channels, several client calls a day. Knowing what happened yesterday meant scrolling through hundreds of messages, or asking. The weekly sales report was rebuilt by hand. The monthly figures waited until someone opened the bank account.
Reporting is the work everyone needs and nobody wants to do. So it was done late, or not at all.
Reports that arrive on their own, on a fixed rhythm.
Each report is a short automation on our server: it reads the sources, writes a summary in plain language and posts it where the team already works. A copy lands in the company brain, so the history is searchable later.
Our agent, Lucy, posts the reports and answers questions about them in Slack, with what is in the company brain.
Collect
At 4 am the digest reads yesterday's Slack messages and call transcripts.
Summarise
It writes what was decided, what is blocked and who has to act, person by person.
Post
The digest lands in Slack. On Fridays the sales report follows: leads, closings, calls, pipeline.
Close the month
On the 5th, the month's bank figures are summarised and posted for the founders.
