A VP now generates company-wide reports in minutes to prepare the executive committee.
A member of the executive committee of a European online retailer runs customer service, logistics and data: several hundred people. The committee report used to be rebuilt by hand. Now a company brain pulls the right references and figures and produces the presentation in the company's brand. Twenty colleagues have followed.

Every committee meant rebuilding the story by hand.
This executive runs several operational departments at once: customer service, the warehouse, transport and data. Every committee meeting meant gathering figures from each team, working out what had happened, and building a presentation by hand.
The company had already trained more than a hundred employees on a general AI assistant. Usage stayed shallow: the assistant knew nothing about the company, and the few context files people kept were copied around a shared drive by hand, with no versioning.
A personal brain first, then a shared one.
We started with the executive alone, in Claude Code: a personal company brain fed with the departments' documents, decisions and context. Then three managers joined as pioneers. Then a shared brain opened to the wider team, with personal spaces linked to it.
A team plugin brings the skills everyone uses, starting with a slide skill that produces any deck in the company's brand, converts old presentations and exports them to PDF. Connected to the data warehouse, the brain also runs sales analyses with the business context it already knows.
Leader first
The executive builds their own brain on their real work, before asking anyone else to.
Pioneers
Three managers join, each with their own space linked to the same memory.
Share
A shared company brain opens to the wider team, versioned instead of copied by hand.
Equip
A team plugin brings the shared skills: branded slides, committee reports, data analyses.
Before and after.
Before How it worked
- Committee report rebuilt by hand each time
- Context files copied around a shared drive, never versioned
- An AI assistant that knew nothing about the company
- Analyses limited to what one person had time to pull
After How it works now
- Committee report produced by the brain, with the right references
- One versioned shared brain, with personal spaces linked to it
- An assistant that starts from the company's own context
- Sales analyses run on the data warehouse, with the business context
AI stopped being a tool the team was trained on. It became the place where the team works.
The business impact.
- 1 requestfor the committee report: the brain pulls the figures, the references and the brand template
- 20+colleagues onboarded within a month, with several hundred targeted
- 1,300documents in the shared brain after a month
- 2use cases that convinced the leadership team: a difficult subcontractor negotiation, and a new warehouse plan built from the costs of past ones
User counts are those reported by the client in October 2026. The rollout is still under way.
